Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
Expected Hours: Minimum of 5 per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to individuals and families. This role focuses on helping clients manage PTSD, behavioral challenges, and emotional well-being through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LMFT license in California.
  • Experience in therapy and case management.
  • Familiarity with CBT, ABA, or other therapeutic methods is a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy through individual and group sessions.
  • Help clients work through PTSD and behavioral health challenges.
  • Keep thorough documentation in line with professional guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team when needed.

Education: Master’s (Required)
License/Certification: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (Required)
