Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Burnsville, Minnesota
We are excited to welcome an experienced and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to our growing mental health practice. This role is an opportunity to make a difference by providing comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families within the community. Your expertise will help strengthen our team’s commitment to high-quality mental health care.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, including a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Facilitate group therapy when necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active LMFT license in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience with an emphasis on substance use therapy.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
