We are hiring for an LMFT to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a fulfilling career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually with full benefits.

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete intake assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead group therapy sessions when needed.
• Partner with colleagues and community networks for comprehensive client support.
• Keep precise and timely records of client progress and treatments.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong foundation in solution-based interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
