A dynamic mental health organization in Minnesota is welcoming applications for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). This is a meaningful role where you’ll provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and craft individualized therapy plans.
• Offer therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals.
• Facilitate group therapy settings when necessary.
• Collaborate with other mental health practitioners to provide well-rounded care.
• Document all client interactions and progress reports with accuracy.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in Minnesota.
• 1+ year of clinical experience with expertise in substance use counseling.
• Proficiency in solution-oriented therapeutic models.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
