A leading mental health provider in St. Paul, Minnesota is adding a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to its team. This position is ideal for professionals who are ready to provide meaningful therapy services to individuals, families, and couples in a supportive environment.

Job Details: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus an attractive benefits package.

Primary Duties:

• Complete client intake assessments and design therapy plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.
• Partner with colleagues and external resources to coordinate client care.
• Ensure all client progress is documented thoroughly.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT licensure in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience with a focus on substance use therapy.
• Solid understanding of solution-focused techniques.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
