Location: Islip, New York (Onsite Outpatient Clinic)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Competitive Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (9AM-5PM)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our outpatient clinic in New York. In this role, you will provide direct mental health services, supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate emotional and relational challenges.

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide face-to-face therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention and support, as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with New York state regulations.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active LMFT license in New York, in good standing.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
