Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – San Mateo, California

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in California. We seek a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and make a meaningful impact. Our team of licensed professionals offers personalized therapeutic services to support emotional well-being and foster stronger relationships.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and crisis interventions as required.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to confidentiality protocols.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize culturally competent approaches to support diverse client populations.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case reviews to enhance client care.

Requirements:

  • Valid LMFT license in the state of California.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman Method).
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms (if remote position) is a plus.
