Hiring! Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in San Diego, California

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality mental health support from the comfort of your own home.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, EFT, Gottman Method) in telehealth sessions.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations remotely.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations in all virtual communications.
  • Collaborate with a remote team of clinicians and participate in online case consultations.
  • Utilize secure telehealth platforms and technology effectively.

Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license in the state(s) you will be serving.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
  • Strong technical skills and comfort with virtual therapy platforms.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
