Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, with expertise in addressing a range of mental health concerns. You will play a vital role in supporting clients’ emotional well-being, fostering healthier relationships, and promoting lasting positive change.
Job Duties:
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational issues.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical assessments.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Offer crisis intervention and support when needed.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in individual, couple, and family therapy.
- Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
