Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team in California. In this role, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Job Duties:

  • Provide teletherapy services to individuals, couples, and families using a secure online platform.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.

Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license in California (required).
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy.
  • Experience delivering telehealth services preferred.
  • Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and online therapy platforms.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
