Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Alaska. As the LMFT, you will provide individual, couples, and family therapy, helping clients overcome emotional and relational challenges. Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Perform clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in case consultations and ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Active LMFT license in Alaska (or eligibility for licensure).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapy models.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
