Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Georgia. In this role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, and a personalized approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during acute episodes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous education initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of Georgia.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EFT, or trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with EMR systems and strong documentation skills.
