Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Position in Mason City, Iowa

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions to address mental health and relationship issues.
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify and address therapeutic goals.
• Provide education on mental health resources and treatment options.
• Maintain secure and accurate documentation of therapy records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
