Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Family Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing emotional well-being and fostering healthy relationships. This role involves working with clients who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including developmental disabilities and crisis situations. The Family Therapist will utilize various therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their personal goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Perform clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans
  • Apply evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy
  • Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
  • Participate in case consultations and ongoing training

Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license in Hawaii (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapy models
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
