Location: Venango, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to work with individuals coping with substance abuse or co-occurring mental health disorders. The Primary Therapist provides therapy services, with a focus on relational and interpersonal dynamics within families, marriages, and couples.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
  • Involve and advise family members when appropriate
  • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote clinical documentation.
  • Strong skills in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, secure workspace.
