Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Role in Beaverton, Oregon
Our mental health team is expanding, and we're seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to help provide critical therapy services to the community. This position involves delivering personalized support to individuals, families, and couples.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, including a full suite of benefits.
Duties Include:
- Completing assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing therapy services tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Participating in professional development, supervision, and training.
- Staying informed on best practices and developments in therapy methods.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
- Proven experience in therapy services and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in virtual sessions.
- Familiarity with teletherapy tools.
