Urgent Hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Description:

Our company offers primary care, urgent care, mental health, and wellness throughout California, as well as a virtual telemedicine platform. We are looking to hire licensed marriage and family therapists to provide therapy to our patients. The role will involve providing relationship counseling, counseling sessions, psychology services, family therapy, and mental health support. Some work from home is acceptable.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, and/or their siblings).
• Utilize therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines and are tailored to the needs of the client.
• Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with others in the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve. Actively engage other team members to ensure wrap-around support for the family and the sharing of information and ideas.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• Current and unrestricted California license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain
• 1 year or more of experience working with children, couples, or families
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in crises
• Flexibility in working with a wide range of client issues, including mental health disorders, relationship issues, and family dynamics
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and HIPAA regulations
