We are actively hiring Marriage and Family therapists (LMFT) to help individuals and families navigate through challenging times and build stronger, healthier relationships. – providing quality therapy services while being part of a team that prioritizes your well-being and professional development.
The LMFT will provide baseline mental health evaluations, brief counseling interventions, crisis management, and community referrals for patients demonstrating emotional, psychological, and/or psychiatric symptoms. Provides referrals for psychiatric evaluation and treatment if appropriate based on mental health needs.
What will you do?
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat a range of mental health disorders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and facility guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on coping strategies and available resources.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Missouri.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting.
- Experience working with diverse populations and mental health disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
