In this role, you’ll get to:

We are actively hiring Marriage and Family therapists (LMFT) to help individuals and families navigate through challenging times and build stronger, healthier relationships. – providing quality therapy services while being part of a team that prioritizes your well-being and professional development.

The LMFT will provide baseline mental health evaluations, brief counseling interventions, crisis management, and community referrals for patients demonstrating emotional, psychological, and/or psychiatric symptoms. Provides referrals for psychiatric evaluation and treatment if appropriate based on mental health needs.

What will you do?

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat a range of mental health disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and facility guidelines.
  • Educate patients and families on coping strategies and available resources.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Missouri.
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and mental health disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
