Full-Time Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Elkton, Maryland

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an attractive benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to create effective therapy plans.
• Offer therapy tailored to individual, couple, and family needs.
• Adjust treatment strategies to ensure client progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions.
• Stay active in ongoing professional development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid LMFT license in Maryland.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapy practices.
• Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative mindset.
