Marriage and Family Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time Opportunity in Glendale, California

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, with expertise in addressing a range of mental health concerns. You will play a vital role in supporting clients' emotional well-being, fostering healthier relationships, and promoting lasting positive change.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to our children, teens, young adults, and their families
  • Meet with clients and their families regularly to provide counseling and treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team
  • Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house policies

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school
  • Licensed to practice psychotherapy or counseling independently - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, and/or young adults
  • Well-versed in conducting effective CBT (various forms) through telehealth
  • Strong track record of treating pediatric ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
  • Enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
