As an LMFT, you’ll provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, working collaboratively with clients to address a range of emotional and relational challenges. What will you do?

  • Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy for clients experiencing relational distress, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and more
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (when needed)
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations

What we're looking for:

  • Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Missouri.
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and mental health disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
