Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Role Description:

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team. As an LMFT, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse client base dealing with relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and more. You’ll work within a supportive and collaborative environment that values professional development and clinician well-being,

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
• Participate in case consultations and clinical supervision
• Maintain licensure and stay current on best practices and continuing education

What You’ll Need:

• Current Oregon LMFT license (required)
• Strong clinical skills in systems theory, trauma-informed care, and relational dynamics
• Passionate about working with couples and families
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms
• Excellent communication, time management, and self-motivation
