Urgent Hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Visalia, California

Job Description:

As a therapist in our practice, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, provide both in-person and telehealth services, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and trauma-informed clinical environment.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in regular case consultation and team meetings
  • Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of California (required)
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in evidence-based modalities
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
  • Passionate about supporting clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is a plus
