Location: Southold, New York
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

We specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy and are dedicated to helping our clients heal, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for relational work, strong foundational skills in systemic therapy, and the ability to work with diverse client populations. This position will primarily focus on providing psychotherapy to couples and families, with opportunities to also see individuals.
The role allows flexibility in scheduling and the ability to choose between in-person sessions at our New York office, telehealth, or a hybrid model.
What will you do?
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state guidelines and agency policies.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and supervisors to ensure the best client outcomes.
- Attend weekly clinical team meetings, case consultations, and peer supervision.
- Stay informed of current research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with NYS regulations and AAMFT Code of Ethics.
What we're looking for:
- Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting.
- Experience working with diverse populations and mental health disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
