Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, MFT)
Location: Monroe, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Role Description:

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team. As an LMFT, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse client base dealing with relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and more. You’ll work within a supportive and collaborative environment that values professional development and clinician well-being,

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Georgia
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in-person/virtually/in hybrid settings
