Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time in Ankeny, Iowa
Provide transformative therapy to individuals and families, helping them thrive emotionally and relationally as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions focused on strengthening mental health and interpersonal connections.
• Formulate personalized treatment strategies to address specific client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to gather medical and social histories.
• Educate clients and families on therapy approaches and resources for support.
• Ensure counseling records are maintained securely and updated regularly.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related area.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse clients and addressing various mental health issues.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills.
