Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time in Mason City, Iowa

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy that focuses on improving emotional well-being and resolving conflicts.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to gather critical medical and social histories.
• Guide clients and families in understanding therapy options and accessing resources.
• Keep detailed, secure, and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar field.
• Licensed LMFT in Iowa.
• Proven experience working with clients from varied cultural and social backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
