Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time in Altoona, Iowa
Support individuals and families in overcoming challenges and achieving emotional well-being through professional therapeutic services as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions designed to promote healing and enhance relationships.
• Craft individualized treatment plans addressing mental health and relational issues.
• Gather and evaluate detailed social and medical histories from clients.
• Educate and guide clients on available treatment options and external support systems.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
