Marriage and Family Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time Opportunity in Shingle Springs, California

Job Summary:

Our extensive range of treatment programs are designed to foster empowerment, connection, and a meaningful life. mental health practice dedicated to making high-quality therapy accessible across California. We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide family and individual mental health counseling/therapy. Provide treatment for mental disorders and psychological conflicts. Help families resolve emotional, mental, and psychological conflicts.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Postgraduate experience in acute inpatient or outpatient mental health services, with specific experience in group process and individual counseling: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Clinical Psychologist (PhD) licensure in state of practice: Required
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Psychologist (PSYCH): Required

Facility-Specific License/Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required

Department-Specific License/Certifications:

  • Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI): Required

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

  • As a Therapist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following:
  • Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients
  • Develop a customized treatment plan based on each client's needs
  • Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment
  • Complete session notes promptly
