Job Opening: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Wyoming

Location: Ralston, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

In this role, you’ll get to:

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting mental health through relational therapy, with experience working with diverse populations and a variety of presenting issues.

The role allows flexibility in scheduling and the ability to choose between in-person sessions at our New York office, telehealth, or a hybrid model.

What will you do?

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision
• Stay current with continuing education and best practices in the field

What we're looking for:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with trauma-informed care
• Training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, EFT)
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
