Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Role in Salinas, California – A Career That Matters

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus full benefits

In This Role, You’ll Be:

  • Leading therapy sessions to support emotional and behavioral health.
  • Conducting evaluations and designing personalized treatment strategies.
  • Guiding clients through life’s challenges with evidence-based care.
  • Keeping detailed, organized records of client sessions.
  • Collaborating with teammates to improve outcomes and share best practices.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
