Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups.
- Conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalized care plans.
- Utilizing proven methods to address mental health and addiction concerns.
- Documenting client progress with care and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensed as an LMFT in California.
- Experience working with diverse client needs.
- Strong diagnostic and interpersonal communication skills.
