Urgent Hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Bonsall, California

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Work Location: In person

Job Description:

Are you a licensed marriage and family therapist wanting to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare while seeking work-life balance?

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide telehealth services to clients across California. This is a fully remote role with the opportunity to build a meaningful caseload based on your preferences and availability.

To be considered, you must have:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
  • Must be a fully licensed therapist in the state of California (LMFT)
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clients and 15 appointments per month.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
  • Provide culturally competent, ethical, and evidence-based care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team when needed
  • Participate in occasional team meetings or supervision
