In this role, you’ll get to:

We're building a practice that honors your clinical intuition, supports your goals, and helps clients access transformative care in a way that feels modern, safe, and grounded.

We’re hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide virtual therapy services across the state of Colorado. This is a remote role with complete flexibility in setting your schedule, choosing your client base, and practicing from a space that feels like yours.

This role is ideal for therapists who love relationship work—whether that’s between couples, parents and teens, blended families, or individuals navigating their relational healing.

What will you do?

  • Provide therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Work with individuals, couples, or families ,depending on your expertise
  • Create personalized treatment plans and track clinical progress
  • Maintain timely documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
  • (Optional) Facilitate online groups or workshops in areas of interest
  • (Optional) Join clinical consults, peer support groups, or CEU training

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are fully licensed as an LMFT in Colorado
  • Have a passion for relational work—whether couples, family systems, or attachment-based therapy
  • Are self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Want to be part of a practice that values you, not just your billable hours
  • Are culturally curious, inclusive, and trauma-informed in your approach
  • Have a strong internet connection and a private, secure space for sessions

What We Offer:

  • Work-Life Balance: No quotas, no micromanagement, no burnout culture
  • Autonomy with Support: Set your hours, choose your clients, and define your own clinical voice
  • Admin + Billing Handled: We manage scheduling, billing, insurance, and tech so you can focus on therapy
  • Fair + Transparent Pay: Per-session pay that reflects your experience, with room to grow
  • Inclusive, Grounded Culture: We’re big on clinical integrity, real relationships, and shared purpose
  • Ongoing Growth: CEU stipends, peer consults, leadership opportunities, and more

We’re small enough to care and big enough to support you. You’ll never feel alone in a sea of faces. Instead, you’ll be seen, supported, and respected for who you are—both as a therapist and a person.
