Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions remotely through our HIPAA-compliant platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive EHR
• Develop and revise treatment plans in alignment with client goals
• Practice in accordance with Colorado licensure regulations and ethical standards
• Participate in peer consult groups, CE opportunities, or internal trainings

Requirements:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Colorado
• Strong background in relational, family systems, or couples work
• Ability to provide thoughtful, trauma-informed, and inclusive care
• Experience with or interest in virtual therapy and working independently
• A private, confidential space to conduct sessions and reliable internet access
• Commitment to cultural humility and continued growth as a clinician
• Experience working with couples in high-conflict or life transition stages
