About the Role:
Founded in Colorado, we’re committed to serving diverse communities throughout the state through modern, ethical, and trauma-informed telehealth. Our team includes clinicians who are passionate about systemic work, deeply attuned to intersectionality, and devoted to creating meaningful change—one session at a time.
If you are a licensed LMFT in Colorado looking for a workplace that values both autonomy and community, you might feel right at home here. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families via secure telehealth platforms. As part of our team, you'll have the freedom to build a caseload that fits your ideal schedule, client population, and clinical interests—without the pressure of high caseload quotas or administrative overload.
We take pride in connecting therapists with clients who match their specialty and approach, fostering long-term clinical relationships and sustainable growth for all.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions remotely through our HIPAA-compliant platform
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive EHR
- Develop and revise treatment plans in alignment with client goals
- Practice in accordance with Colorado licensure regulations and ethical standards
- Participate in peer consult groups, CE opportunities, or internal trainings
Requirements:
- Active LMFT license in the state of Colorado
- Strong background in relational, family systems, or couples work
- Ability to provide thoughtful, trauma-informed, and inclusive care
- Experience with or interest in virtual therapy and working independently
- A private, confidential space to conduct sessions and reliable internet access
- Commitment to cultural humility and continued growth as a clinician
- Experience working with couples in high-conflict or life transition stages
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule – Create a caseload that fits your lifestyle and energy
- Administrative Support – Full billing, scheduling, and client coordination support
- Reliable Referrals – We manage client matching and intake so you can focus on care
- Competitive Pay – Transparent, above-average rates with bonus opportunities
- Community – Collaborative team, optional consult groups, clinical case support
- Growth Tracks – Opportunities for clinical leadership, supervision, or group work
- Clinical Freedom – Practice the way you were trained; no cookie-cutter protocols
We believe that therapy is relational at its core. That healing happens when people feel heard, held, and seen. And that includes therapists, too.
