Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – McMinnville, Oregon

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide exceptional mental health services to clients in our community. This role emphasizes individualized care for individuals, couples, and families.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough evaluations and design client-specific treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Take part in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
• Incorporate modern techniques and methods into therapeutic practice.

Required Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• An active, independent license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
• Proven experience in therapy and care planning.
• Effective communication skills, especially in virtual care environments.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms.
