LMFT Opportunity in Albany, Oregon – Full-Time Role

We’re adding a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to our team to deliver top-tier mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Core Duties:

• Conduct client assessments and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based practices to provide therapy to clients.
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
• Stay current with industry practices in family and marriage therapy.

Position Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid Oregon license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong background in therapy and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills in virtual care delivery.
• Proficiency with digital therapy tools.
