Full-Time LMFT – Salem, Oregon
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide tailored mental health services to clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate client needs and design personalized care plans.
- Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions.
- Engage in training and clinical supervision to enhance expertise.
- Ensure ethical practices and maintain confidentiality.
- Stay informed about developments in therapy techniques.
Qualifications Needed:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active Oregon license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Previous experience in therapeutic roles.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual communication.
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
