To be considered, you must have:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Strong foundational knowledge of systems theory, trauma-informed care, and relational dynamics
  • Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of how race, culture, gender, and socioeconomic status impact mental health
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working in community mental health, school-based services, or with high-acuity clients

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation – salary or fee-for-service model depending on role type
  • Flexible Scheduling – Set your hours to maintain balance and autonomy
  • Health & Wellness Benefits – [medical, dental, vision, mental health days, wellness stipends, etc.]
  • Generous Paid Time Off – including holidays, vacation, and sick time
  • Professional Development – CEU reimbursements, training stipends, and regular case consultation
  • Clinical Supervision – available for pre-licensed staff
  • Diverse & Inclusive Work Culture – We are committed to equity, cultural humility, and lifelong learning
  • Administrative Support – credentialing, billing, and scheduling assistance so you can focus on clients

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct intake assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with California law and ethical guidelines
  • Participate in weekly case consultations and clinical supervision (if applicable)
  • Coordinate care with medical providers, schools, social services, or other relevant community resources
  • Attend required training, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Stay up to date on best practices, treatment interventions, and legal standards in the field
