Job Opening: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Florida
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals using systemic approaches. What will you do?
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, both virtually and/or in person
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed
- Maintain active licensure and compliance with state regulations
- Optionally participate in community outreach, workshops, or psychoeducation events
What Makes you a great Fit:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program
- Current and active LMFT license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (supervised hours may be considered)
- Strong clinical skills in family systems, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care
- Comfortable using technology for telehealth sessions and EHR systems
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive, client-centered care
