We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled LMFT who’s ready to build deep connections, support individuals, couples, and families, and still have time to breathe, grow, and thrive.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist on our team, you’ll work entirely from home, providing virtual therapy to clients across Florida. You’ll focus on what you do best—helping people heal and grow—while we take care of the logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions remotely through our HIPAA-compliant platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive EHR
• Develop and revise treatment plans in alignment with client goals
• Practice in accordance with Colorado licensure regulations and ethical standards
• Participate in peer consult groups, CE opportunities, or internal trainings

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold an active LMFT license in Florida
• Are confident and experienced in working with couples and family systems
• Love the idea of remote work with flexible scheduling
• Are organized, self-directed, and value collaboration
• Believe therapy should be inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive
• Bonus: Trained in EFT, Gottman, EMDR, or other evidence-based models? We’re listening!
• Extra bonus: Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, etc.) = huge plus!
