Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000

The Role :

We're currently looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build healthier relationships.

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provides care to individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client base
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document clinical progress
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, supervisors, and community partners
• Attend (and optionally lead!) professional development and consultation groups
• Choose a flexible caseload that fits your lifestyle (evenings, weekends, telehealth—your call!)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a warm, driven, and clinically skilled LMFT who meets the following criteria:

• Licensed as an LMFT in the state of Iowa (or eligible for licensure)
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Strong understanding of systemic therapy approaches and relational dynamics
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Committed to ethical, inclusive, and trauma-informed care
• Experience with telehealth platforms (a plus, but not required)

Newly or provisionally licensed candidates (tLMFT) are encouraged to apply—we provide supervision and mentorship!
