Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule : Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families—all through secure telehealth platforms. You’ll work independently with clients while being part of a warm, collaborative clinical team that’s always just a Zoom meeting away.

We provide a fully virtual work environment so you can do meaningful clinical work while enjoying the comfort and flexibility of your home

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
• Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
• Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
• Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

We’d love to connect if you are:

• Licensed as an LMFT in Iowa (or a tLMFT close to full licensure)
• Located within the state of Iowa (required due to licensure and insurance)
• Comfortable and confident working via telehealth platforms
• Skilled in relationship-based therapy, systemic thinking, and evidence-based care
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
• Interested in ongoing learning, consultation, and peer connection—even remotely!
