Location: Brunswick, Maine

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

As we grow, we’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our collaborative and values-driven team. You’ll be providing therapy services to individuals, couples, or families (based on your focus), either remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid format—depending on your location and preference. You’ll have the freedom to tailor your caseload to your clinical interests and build a schedule that fits your life.

What will you do?

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and collaboratively develop treatment goals
  • Maintain timely, ethical documentation in our secure, user-friendly EHR
  • Participate in (optional) clinical consultation or team meetings
  • Maintain licensure and adhere to all ethical and legal standards set by the Maine Board of Licensure

What Makes you a great Fit:

  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Maine
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related mental health field
  • Strong foundation in systemic, relational, and evidence-based approaches
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable with—or willing to learn—telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Experience working with couples, families, or high-conflict dynamics
