Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + benefits

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Offer therapy sessions to address mental health, relationship, and emotional concerns.
• Perform comprehensive client assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and other issues.
• Document client progress and therapy outcomes with precision.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in clinical evaluation and treatment planning.
