Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Silver Spring, Maryland
Looking for a meaningful career in therapy? We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide support to individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. This full-time role offers stability, a structured environment, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Annual Salary:
- $100,000 - $110,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and create personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Stay up to date with best practices in therapy.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- An active LMFT license in Maryland.
- Experience using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client well-being.
