Full-Time LMFT Position in Potomac, Maryland
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position is available for a professional who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives. This full-time role provides a stable work environment, competitive pay, and the chance to help individuals and families thrive.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Annual Salary:
- $100,000 - $110,000 per year
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs.
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to individual, couple, or family concerns.
- Create, implement, and refine treatment plans.
- Maintain clear and confidential records.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- An active LMFT license in Maryland.
- Experience using evidence-based therapy techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
