Marriage and Family Therapist – Ocean City, Maryland

We are adding a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families to provide meaningful support. If you’re looking for a professional and structured environment, this could be a great fit.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range:

• $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Your Role Includes:

• Meeting with clients to understand their challenges and goals.
• Leading therapy sessions designed to foster healing and growth.
• Creating and adjusting personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Active LMFT license in Maryland.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
