Marriage and Family Therapist – Gaithersburg, Maryland
We are adding a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families to provide meaningful support. If you’re looking for a professional and structured environment, this could be a great fit.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range:
- $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Your Role Includes:
- Meeting with clients to understand their challenges and goals.
- Leading therapy sessions designed to foster healing and growth.
- Creating and adjusting personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Engaging in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
- Active LMFT license in Maryland.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
